Advice may also be offered on safety, access to drug programmes, housing services or legal assistance.

One successful pilot scheme in Liverpool involved engaging a wide range of CSW including male workers. A nurse practitioner established links with escort agencies, indoor premises, street workers and Prostitutes Manage number of outreach projects in order to build trust and provide fast-track clinic appointments for both workers and their partners [ 51 ]. Drop-in services for CSW are typically based either in general GUM clinics or Prostitutes Manage outreach settings, such as general practitioner GP surgeries in areas where the sex industry is concentrated.
